{Watch it Go Back Down}

Today's Activities: 1hr on treadmill, before & after weights


FINALLY!!! I've seen some progress on the scale! :-D It feels SO good to see those numbers go down....now working on getting that 6 out of the way again. :-D
I had another workout date with Serena but I was having a hard time getting the kids to actually go to bed to be able to do a video which is what I wanted to do since I was on the treadmill earlier. But I wasn't too too worried about it because I had done the treadmill. :-) So we'll just try again another time. It looks like we both enjoy workingout 'together' :-)
