Morning Weight: 163
Today's Activities: 40mins (burn part of burn & firm dvd)
The reality is that I don't sleep well. I wake up off and on all night long. So, this morning when I woke up at 7 and the rest of the house was still sleeping I thought I'd get up and give working out in the morning a try. I was able to do 40mins of a dvd, but I was worried about being noisey the whole time. lol
Well the biggest problem with this idea is that mu husband has been on leave, so we spend time together at night after the kids go to bed...and well, I've been staying up way too late way too many nights in a row...so this morning after my workout...I was exhausted! I could barely stay awake doing nothing....and I always have plenty that I should be doing around our home. lol So I'm not saying that the early mornings won't work for me....I'm saying that THIS morning didn't work for me. lol And the fact that almost right after I was done with my 40mins....I heard little feet coming down the stairs.....ugh....
