Today's Activities: 1/2 mile 10mins, before weights
Well, I can definately tell that I use different muscles to run than I do to speed walk....lol. I talked to Tommy a little bit about what happened with my leg...he had a couple ideas, but didn't really know what was going on. Even with what happened yesterday I am still going to try to do some intervals on the treadmill today. :-D I'm looking forward to setting some goals for on the treadmill....and seeing them be accomplished. :-D
The boys really didn't want to give me any time to workout this afternoon, and by evening I was just too tired to do something.
