{Another Lease??}

Alrighty....SOOoo...SOMEDAY....I would love to be able to react like this-

Landlord: "I need to stop by and give the house an inspection and sign the new lease. When would work for you?"
Me: "Oh? Okay. Anytime is great."
Landlord: "Tomorrow work good?"
Me: "That works fine. See you tomorrow."

BUT that is NOT my life right now. It's kinda like being skinny....I've been there, I've done that, and I know I can do it again! Well, I used to be really really bad at keeping house...then somewhere somehow I learned how to get it all done....to my standards. AND I wasn't worried about what my house looked like because it looked good. So I want to apply my attitude of weight loss to my household....I've been there, I've done that, and I know I can do it again!
That's just not where I'm at right now though.....SO the phone call that I got this afternoon that our landlord is coming to inspect the house, and to sign a new lease has me quite on edge.....I'm praying that I don't fall over it! So needless to say....my focus this week is going to be on the house and getting it taken care of. Tommy works Monday and Tuesday so I asked the landlord if he could come by on Thursday so that I would have at least one day of Tommy's help.
