Today's Activities: 30mins treadmill, before & after weights
Well I have definately got to figure out something with the kids. They are getting really annoyed that I want to workout so much...and I'm getting really annoyed that they won't leave me alone to workout. lol Great combo I'm sure lol I really like working out in the afternoon the best....I put the baby down for his nap, and head out to the garage....not only am I too tired in the evening I noticed the other night when I worked out that I am too hyped to go to bed at a decent time after I workout. And the mornings don't tend to work mainly because the kids get up anyway and then they are all cranky because they didn't get enough sleep.
