{Getting Back on A Schedule}

Today's Activities: 1hr on treadmill, before & after weights

Since my hubby is on a two week schedule....and we would like to work out together on his nights home...AND he will use the treadmill when we do this....I have worked out a schedule for me so that I know what I'm doing each day. I love doing stuff like this....it doesn't ALWAYS keep me in check, but it sure helps. I love my lists. :-D So, now I know which times and days are best for me to use the treadmill, and when I should use the bike instead. I also put some workout dvds on there, since hubby will be at work I SHOULD be able to do some more videos. lol Key word of course is SHOULD lol I'm excited though. :-) The scale is really annoying right now, but I try not to look at the day to day weight, but the weekly or monthly. So....fingers crossed.....I'm looking to stay on track and loose this weight!!!
And I'm super excited that my sister Serena is working out even when we aren't able to do it 'together'. :-D That is definately motivational for me to keep going. :-)
